Built for the Warriors Community
StarClan.live is a free warrior cat name generator created by developer Roshaan Tahir. The goal was to build a tool that respects the Warriors source material and gives fans, writers, and roleplayers a reliable way to generate authentic clan names.
The Project
Most warrior cat name generators online are simple random word combiners with no regard for the naming conventions established across the Warriors novel series by Erin Hunter. They produce results like Clouddog or Firerock that would never appear in the books because they ignore how the system actually works.
StarClan.live was built to fix that. Every prefix and suffix in the generator was manually reviewed against naming patterns across the Warriors novels and the official Erin Hunter companion guides. Each entry includes its meaning so users understand the character story behind the name, not just the words themselves.
The generator currently holds over 80 prefixes and 65 suffixes, producing more than 5,000 unique combinations. Rank-specific rules are enforced automatically: apprentices always receive the suffix paw, leaders always receive star, and kits always receive kit. No invalid combinations, no immersion-breaking results.

StarClan.live was built out of respect for the Warriors fandom and a desire to create something genuinely useful for the community. The same attention to detail that goes into my other products went into ensuring every name produced by this generator sounds like it could appear in the books.
